Runtime

Play Mode runs your scene using Phaser 3. The editor prepares a snapshot (scene data + scripts + assets) and the player boots from that snapshot.

In the editor, scenes may be requested on-demand to keep iteration fast.

What this means

• Rendering, input, and the game loop come from Phaser
• The editor focuses on authoring and iteration
• Scene transitions reset the runtime to a known state
